ATTENDEE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms of registration
By clicking "register to attend" your attendance at the event is confirmed and you are bound by all of the terms & conditions detailed here. We will send you confirmation of your registration by email along with all necessary information. Oscar Krane (OK) Limited reserves the right to decline and or rescind any registration at any point. Our events are aimed at senior public and private sector professionals who fit the qualifying criteria. Complimentary invitations
Complimentary invitations / confirmed registrations are completely free of charge for attendees.
This includes the full meeting in its entirety along with hotel accommodation, all meals and standard refreshments for the duration of the event.

Delegate contribution
Participation at the meeting involves providing information on the nature of your organisation’s activities only to make best use of the attendee’s time at the meeting. Attendees agree to contribute / participate in all networking sessions, business meetings, presentations and other discussions. Registered attendees must attend for the entire duration of the meeting and attend all business meetings in order to ensure that attendance remains free of charge.
Delegate cancellations and replacements
Participation at the meeting is FREE for the named delegate only. In the occurrence that the delegate named is incapable of attending, please notify us as soon as possible and offer a suitable replacement. If a suitable replacement is not offered, a cancellation fee of £295 +VAT will be made to your organisation. Replacement representatives will be considered to substitute the attendee, on agreement of seniority and authority and subject to acceptance by Oscar Krane (OK) Limited only.
Event cancellation, postponement or any alterations
Oscar Krane (OK) Limited is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of any alterations, postponement or cancellation of the meeting or your attendance, and shall assume no responsibility whatsoever in the event this is due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unanticipated incidence or any other event that renders representation at this meeting impracticable or unfeasible. For the purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, extreme labour strike, weather or other emergency. Oscar Krane (OK) Limited will endeavour to adhere to the listed programme but we reserve the right to alter the package (i.e. locality, time, date, events etc.), if judged essential and in the best interest of the meeting. In the event that the meeting is postponed, for any basis, including but not limited to Force Majeure we will inform the attendee immediately and give the attendee the option to transfer their registration to another colleague. In the event of the hotel becoming fully booked, Oscar Krane (OK) Limited reserves the right to allocate a suitable nearby hotel for the delegate accommodation.
How we use your data
Oscar Krane (OK) Limited may share part of or the full data that you submitted via the registration process with selected sponsors at the meeting for profiling and contact purposes only. Your data will not be used by any third party or sold and will only be held for use by Oscar Krane (OK) Limited and our sponsors. Your email address, telephone numbers, job title & organisation may be published in the event programme which all attendees will receive at the meeting, this data is for the purposes of networking, potential business development and future collaborations.

The delegate agrees Oscar Krane (OK) Limited is not liable for any injury or death which may occur at the meeting. Oscar Krane (OK) Limited is not responsible for the behaviour of the delegate whilst at the meeting, and is also not accountable for any costs, damages and / or expenses connected with the attendee’s transportation to / from the meeting or anything relating to the accommodation or third party services in connection with the meeting.
